Email and Diary Management:
Decluttering your inbox and arranging emails into subfolders that will be easy for you to access; sorting out the important emails from the junk you don't need to see and unsubscribing from unnecessary emails that fill your inbox to overflowing. I can also you help you set up times for when you should be checking your emails if I'm not monitoring them for you.
I will set up your appointments & meetings, including any necessary follow up, inclusive of arranging electronic/virtual invites.
Marketing:
Finding time to create and send out marketing emails is time consuming and requires a good eye and creative knack.
I love copywriting and chasing down leads to help drive your business growth and get more people into your sales funnel. Offering you continued campaign support will be top of my list.
Transcription/Proofreading
As I've worked under the NHS for over 15 years within a team of medical professionals I am quick and efficient at transcribing medical notes and reports. I am an experienced minute taker and excellent proofreader.
Travel Arrangements:
I love to travel myself, but I know travel isn't always for pleasure. I understand what a hassle it can be to sort out these arrangements, especially economically, and I am able help you with yours, be they personal or business related.
Accountability
Require someone to help keep you focused and on track? Body doubling sessions and accountability check in's can easily be booked in - 1 a week or 1 a month, whatever suits you. I have a variety of tips and tricks in my bag to help keep you heading in the direction you want to be going.
Social Media Support
Posting to Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. I can even help you with creative content including scheduling, as it's something I enjoy and just happen to be good at.

Time zones can be tricky, especially when you are setting up meetings for people in a number of zones. Sometimes its easier to delegate these meetings to your trusted VA. That's where I come in - as an expat myself I'm used to navigating schedules on a variety of time clocks, and won't ignore important messages outside of the usual 9-5 business hours.

Who I Am

Highly qualified and motivated professional.
I have worked with psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health nurses, behavioural specialists and coaches for 15 years and have supported both Neurotypical and Neurodiverse people.
More recently, I have been working to support busy founders and start ups by handling their admin so they can focus on the the day to day running of their business.
When I'm not working , I love to get out and discover the world around me. Hiking in the Lakes with my hubby and our dog Kali is one of my favourite things to do, as well as paddle boarding; being out on the water is just so freeing. I also love to travel and aim to get out of England at least once or twice a year.
By allowing me to assist you with the tasks that you find tedious, it will free up your time to do the things that matter most about your business.

I charge £30 an hour and will track my time with a 15 minute tracker.
Retainer Packages:

(Fee covers maximum of 3 hours.)
